After thousands of people across Bucks have voted in this year’s Little Ankle Biters' Awards the winners have been announced.
Winners of awards 2021 were announced at a virtual ceremony, Saturday 10 April, which saw High Wycombe’s Dragon Sensory win two awards for Best Children’s Party Venue and Best New Product or Service for its Inside The Box range.

Other winners included Green Dragon Eco Farm – Best Local Attraction; Pace Centre in Aylesbury – Best Charity or Not For Profit, sponsored by Shout PR; and The Elgivia in Chesham – Best Theatre.
Gabby Stiles, Director of Dragon Sensory said: “I would like to thank everyone who voted for Dragon Sensory Ltd!
“It has been such a challenging year for small businesses like us and we are so grateful to have the on-going support from our customers."
Curiositea Rooms in Ivinghoe, received an overwhelming majority to win the Community Spirit Award for businesses that went above and beyond to support the local community throughout the pandemic.
The team, headed up by owners Sven Tonks and Hayley Wesley, provided 83 free packed lunches a day to families in need throughout both lockdowns.

Sven Tonks said: "We are overwhelmed with this award and appreciate every single person who has supported us and helped us through this pandemic.
"We are very proud of our team and business and will continue to do what we can for our community.”

Little Ankle Biters is a free website providing trusted reviews of family friendly businesses in one place, with all content written by local mums.
It is now established in six counties across the south of England with plans to expand across the UK this year and the company has recently launched its own clothing brand.

Little Ankle Biters itself has been nominated in the Thames Valley Business Awards 2021 for Business of the Year, Female Entrepreneur of the Year and SME of the Year
Talking about the fourth annual Little Ankle Biters’ Awards, mum of two and company co-founder, Kate Gregory, said: “We launched this year’s Little Ankle Biters’ Awards just after Christmas to offer a little hope and positivity when we were all plunged back into lockdown.
“We have been truly amazed at the response, with over 8,000 people voting, and would like to thank everyone who got involved.
“We have fantastic community spirit in Buckinghamshire and hopefully our awards will boost morale of those running family-friendly attractions and businesses as they continue to navigate through difficult times.”
