Plans have been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council to demolish two homes and build a new 64-bed care home in Gerrards Cross.
Developers hope to the two properties on Packhorse Road in order to facilitate the construction.
The site sits in a residential area and is adjacent to the nearby St Mary's School.

Inside the property, residents will be able to enjoy a reception lounge with bar, a snug room, three lounge dining rooms, lounges and a hair and nail salon, as well as a roof top terrace.
Externally, there will be a private garden with raised beds and a bowling green.

The building will be two storeys in height with accommodation within the roof space.
A total of 60 new part time jobs will be generated should the application be given the green light.
17 new parking spaces will also be built as part of the plans.
