Two people have been charged after a man "shouted at members of the public" in Bourne End.
Police officers were called to The Parade at around 7.30pm on Saturday to reports of a man in the middle of the road, as well as shouting at members of the public both inside and outside of the Co-op.
Eyewitnesses said a man climbed on to the roof of a nearby carpet shop and started shouting, with police cars blocking off Wakeman Road.
