Emergency services were called after a car crashed into the central reservation on the M40.
Firefighters from High Wycombe, Thame and Wheatley, along with paramedics, were called to the southbound carriageway between J6 (Lewknor) and J5 (Stokenchurch) at 5.08pm yesterday (April 3).
Bucks Fire said no-one was trapped and two people were left in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Firefighters used a medical kit, a toolkit and a hose reel at the scene.
