February 10
- Nethan Burke, 31, of Crest Road, High Wycombe. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On August 19, 2019, damaged a vehicle of unknown value belonging to High Wycombe Cricket Club. Compensation £250. Costs £85.
- Ghafran Khan, 38, of Carver Hill Road, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle on Leigh Street, High Wycombe, without third party insurance on April 26, 2020. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £120. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Rebecca Yeabsley, 22, of Ballinger Road, South Heath. Driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A413 Wendover Bypass on March 13, 2020. The recorded speed was 70mph. Fined £100. Costs £117. Disqualified from driving for 14 days.
- Joel Smith, 47, of Bolter End Lane, Wheeler End. On July 6, 2020, dumped controlled waste on land off Finings Road, Bolter End. Fined £384. Costs £556.
- Peter Granville, 60, of Carnation Way, Aylesbury. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Botley Road, Oxford, on June 26, 2020. The recorded speed was 38mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £225. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with three points.

- Patrick Back, 33, of East Burnham Lane, Burnham. Sending letter/communication/article conveying a threatening message. On May 30, 2020, in Beaconsfield, made a number of phone calls which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs £180.
- Callum Garman, 18, of Churchill Avenue, Aylesbury. Driving without due care and attention in Walton Road, Wendover Road, Milton Road and Keats Close, Aylesbury, on July 30, 2020. Fined £440. Costs £154. Driving record endorsed with five points.
- April Lamb, 24, of Tilehouse Way, Denham Green. Using a motor vehicle on the M4, junctions 7 to 6, in Slough, without third party insurance on June 21, 2020. Fined £76. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Shane Lovett, 33, of Hatters Lane, High Wycombe. Using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving on Hillary Road, High Wycombe, on June 10, 2020. Fined £66. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with six points.
February 12
- John Nevin, 24, of Griffin Place, Aylesbury. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. In Aylesbury on February 11, 2021, damaged a window frame of unknown value belonging to Meadowcroft Surgery. Compensation £100. Costs £100.
- Mark Tattam, 62, of Fullers Close, Chesham. Racially/religiously aggravated intentional harassment/alarm/distress on June 23, 2020, in Chesham. Fined £386. Costs £124.
- Jason March, 53, of Yew Tree Close, Beaconsfield. Using threatening/abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Stoke Mandeville Hospital on November 25, 2019. The court finds the offence was motivated wholly or partly by hostility towards persons who are of a particular sexual orientation. Fined £1,000. Costs £350.
- Barttomiej Nowicki, 20, of Bushey Close, High Wycombe. Handling stolen goods. In High Wycombe on November 4, 2018, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal or disposal of a registration plate, knowing it to be stolen goods. Fined £150. Costs £115.
February 15
- Scott Cordice, 26, of Upper Green Street, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop. Stole four one-litre bottles of Smirnoff and one bottle of Courvoisier, valued at £99, from Tesco Aylesbury on April 13, 2020. Committed to prison for two weeks.
