AN investigation is underway following reports of e-scooters being “purposely” left across a road at night.
Bucks Council confirmed it is working with Thames Valley Police (TVP) following reports of Zipp Mobility e-scooters being put in the road opposite Rowlands Pharmacy, on Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe, at night.
People on social media condemned the reckless action, and some warned drivers to “be careful” in case a “serious” crash happens.
