Starting as a monster trail the concept caught the imagination children in a time of lockdown and online learning.
Stevyn Colgan started the idea but admitted he stayed anonymous but within two weeks had 101 monsters which are part of the Monster Zoo.
He said: “I thought let the kids find them themselves and they will start telling their friends and little buzz with start going and they will want to find them all.
“After a week or so the local Facebook group starting buzzing.
“Because I was anonymous I was able to post in the Facebook page saying ‘wouldn’t it be great of kids made their own monsters and put them out as well.’.
“I thought a few kids would want to do and get involved but the response has been amazing”

The idea spawned as the news of a third national lockdown caused anxiety among parents and Stevyn hoped his idea give the children an outlet in these strange times.
He continued: “The inspiration came from me hearing some of my neighbors who have young children the time we are going into another lockdown.
“They were saying this is going to be a nightmare, the children have got nowhere to go with nothing do and they can't even see their friends.
“I wanted to do something a little bit different and inclusive.
“I thought about what you can build with what’s around the house and something that any child can do.
“What I hit I on was monsters.
“No one can tell you your monster is wrong because all monsters different and based on imagination.”
The zoo now located at a local farm now has a tuck shop at the weekends and a monster checklist to fill out as you walk around.
