A 17-year-old boy has been arrested for drug-related crimes in Aylesbury.
At around 3pm on Friday, February 26, officers from Thames Valley Police from the Aylesbury Stronghold team, ‘detained’ the teenager in Buckingham Park.
He was arrested on suspicion of being in possession, with the intent to supply a class B controlled substance.

The teenager in question was the subject of a ‘stop and search’ and was found 'to be in possession of a significant quantity of cannabis'.

He has now been granted bail and released from custody whilst our investigation continues.
A brief statement on the TVP Aylesbury Vale Facebook page said: “If you’re concerned about drug-related crime in your area or think someone may be a victim of drug exploitation, please call us on 101 or 999 in an emergency.”
The Aylesbury Stronghold is an ongoing operation to tackle serious organised crime and exploitation within the town and its surrounding areas.
