January 18

- Timothy Davey, 35, of Garden Court, Watermead, Aylesbury. Using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at the Best Western Hotel in Aylesbury on January 15. Fined £40. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. Damaged a plant pot belonging to the Best Western Hotel in Aylesbury on January 15. Fined £40.
- Richard Hall, 35, of Downes Park, Downley. Driving whilst disqualified on Westfield Walk, High Wycombe, on May 6, 2020. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 18 months. Must participate in an accredited programme for 30 days. Costs £213. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
- Richard Hall, 35, of Downes Park, Downley. Possession of a controlled drug of class A. In High Wycombe on February 13, 2020, had 10 wraps of cocaine. Fined £120. Costs £85. Cocaine forfeited and destroyed. Failure without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on January 13. Fined £50.
- Susan Blinco, 60, of Hamilton Way, Farnham Common. Failure to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle. Fined £120. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.
- Margaret Robins, 55, of Lower Road, Chinnor. Assault by beating in Lacey Green on June 1, 2020. Community order made – must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £180. Assault by beating in Lacey Green on May 23, 2020. Community order made.
- Christopher Glasgow, 40, of Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving whilst disqualified on London Road, High Wycombe, on October 6, 2020. Fined £200. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for three months.
January 19
- Thomas Daly, 22, of Hampden Road, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug-drive limit on Broad Street, Chesham, on June 6, 2020. Had a proportion of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Community order made. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving without due care and attention in Broad Street, Chesham, on June 6, 2020. Fined £120. Compensation £500. Driving record endorsed.
- Carlos Velosa, 49, of Wendover Road, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled drug of class A. On May 11, 2020, had a quantity of diamorphine. Fined £120. Heroin forfeited and destroyed. Burglary other than dwelling. On May 11, 2020, in Aylesbury, entered as a trespasser into Spicy Bites, High Street, and stole two charity tins and £10 cash from the till. Community order made. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Compensation £80. Costs £180.
- Thomas Ayling, 35, of Station Close, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop. Stole three bottles of Jack Daniel’s, valued at £60, from Sainsbury’s in Beaconsfield on October 2, 2020. Fined £120. Costs £134. Foil lined bag forfeited and destroyed.
- Orlanda Henry, 31, of Welles Road, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in High Wycombe on November 29, 2019. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation £250. Costs £250.
- Lauren Lisgo, 31, of Millway Furlong, Haddenham. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Ford Road, Dinton, on August 2, 2020. Fined £660. Costs £686. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
- Nicoleta-Georgiana Popescu, 19, of Alexander Road, Aylesbury. Driving whilst not wearing a seatbelt on Bicester Road, Aylesbury, on March 13, 2020. Fined £50. Costs £221. - Robert Johnson, 50, of North Orbital Road, Denham Green. Assault by beating of a police constable on June 12, 2020, in Chalfont St Peter. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation £25.
