A DRIVER who was spotted "speeding through Chesham" has been arrested by police.
TVP Chiltern and South Bucks tweeted yesterday to explain a car had been taken off the road in Chesham.
The force said: "Vehicle spotted speeding through Chesham and the driver failed to stop."

It added: "One arrested for failing to stop for police, careless driving and racially aggravated public order offences."
