A LARGE lorry has caught on fire on a busy road in Maidenhead.
A picture tweeted by TVP Roads Policing shows the lorry on fire with smoke billowing from the vehicle.
The tweet, published at 3.40am this morning, explained the road was closed in both directions between the Thicket Roundabout and the Bisham Roundabout.

The force said diversion routes were in place.
A further tweet sent out by police at 7.17am explained the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue service put out the lorry fire.
The northbound carriageway is now fully reopen.
It added: "The southbound carriageway will remain closed for most of the day for the recovery of the trailer / clean up / carriageway resurfacing."
