TWO MEN have been arrested in connection with a catalytic converter theft in Loudwater.
The two men, a 29 year old man from Hackney, and a 33 year old man from Holywell, were arrested earlier today, following a report of a stolen catalytic coverter made on February 2.

The two men have since been released on bail.
