A proposal has been submitted to demolish several commercial buildings and build five new properties in Chesham.
The applications seeks consent to build three terraced houses on the front of the site and two terraced houses at the rear of Bunkers Yard, Hivings Hill, Chesham.

The buildings were formerly used as workshops for carpentry firms.
Developers say that the current vacant site is in 'disrepair due to the unviable business and costs associated with replacing what currently exists'.

The proposed properties that are facing Hivings Hill will have gardens 'comparable with similar dwellings in the area, with the semi detached properties in the proposed site set to have gardens 'in excess of 20m'.
Driveways will be provided for each property, alongside cycle storage.
