Police discovered 'a large amount of cannabis plants’ after a second property was raided in Milton Keynes.
In the morning of Monday, February 1, Milton Keynes North Neighbourhood officers executed a raid under the Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act at a property in Downs Barn within the town.

Once they had entered the location, the officers discovered several cannabis plants.

In a brief post on Thames Valley Police Milton Keynes’ Facebook page, it was revealed that ‘the residents have by-passed the electrics at the property and this shows how dangerous this can be.’
The raid comes just two days after another property in Milton Keynes was raided for similar offences, as on January 30, a ‘cannabis set up’ was discovered in a property in Oldbrook.

It is not known if the two are linked and it is not known how long the plants have been growing for in their respected locations.
In total, this is the third drug bust in Milton Keynes in eight days, after a property in Tattenhoe was also raided.

Following the raid in the latter, a 32-year-old man was arrested.
