A Bucks New University student has died at their High Wycombe halls of residence.
The student tragically passed away at the university's Hughenden Park Student Village.
Their death is not being treated as suspicious or as Covid-19 related.
Professor Nick Braisby, Vice-Chancellor at Bucks New University said: “It was with great sadness that Buckinghamshire New University learned of the death of one of our students in our Hughenden halls of residence.

"We offer our sincere sympathy to the student’s family, friends, fellow students and teaching staff at this difficult time.

"The university is offering support and counselling to members of the university community who have been affected by this tragic news.
"We are also offering all the support we can to the student’s family and ask that their privacy is respected.
"We are unable to comment further as Thames Valley Police has passed this investigation to Bucks Coroner’s office, other than to reassure our university community that the death is not being treated as suspicious or related to Covid-19.”
Buckinghamshire Coroner's Court said they were unable to confirm any details at present.
