Thames Valley Police are urging motorists to follow road closure signs due to the icy weather.
On Sunday, January 24, large parts of the country, which included Buckinghamshire, woke up to a thick layer of snow which made it difficult for drivers to commute.

Following the silent storm, several roads within the county were covered in black ice and were subsequently closed, following a number of accidents in the area.

However, one driver on the A421 allegedly ignored a road closure sign before crashing into a nearby hedge.

In a tweet that was published on Sunday, January 31, TVP Roads Policing said: “A421 Bottlebump in @tvpmiltonkeynes is currently closed due to ice following multiple vehicles coming off the carriageway.
