A property in Milton Keynes has been closed for three months due ‘to persistent anti-social behaviour, nuisance and criminality.’
Thames Valley Police, in partnership with Paradigm Housing, applied to Milton Keynes Magistrates Court on Thursday, January 28 for the property to be temporarily shut.

The application came one day after warrants were carried out on the location.
The street name of the property in Milton Keynes has not been made public.
PC Tom Evans, Neighbourhood Officer for Middleton & Monkston said: “We take reports of drug dealing and anti-social behaviour very seriously and will robustly tackle persistent criminality in our communities”.

“This Closure Order granted by Milton Keynes Magistrates Court has closed a premise where significant ASB had been experienced by the neighbours over a prolonged period.
“This sends a clear message that this behaviour will not be tolerated.”
This comes just two weeks after another property in Milton Keynes was closed under similar circumstances.

In their Facebook post, Thames Valley Police Milton Keynes said: “After the warrants [were] executed yesterday [January 27], #SouthNHPT [South Neighbourhood Police Teams] responded to ongoing community concern around one of the premises.
"In partnership with Paradigm Housing, Thames Valley Police have applied to Milton Keynes Magistrates Court today [January 28] for a Closure Order.
“On hearing evidence, the court has closed the premises for a period of three months due to persistent anti-social behaviour, nuisance and criminality.”
