A man was attacked by a gang who stole his phone and left him with head injuries in Milton Keynes.
The man, in his fifties, was walking through the Oldbrook estate when he was approached by three or four other men at around 11.30am on Sunday, January 24.
They attacked him and stole his mobile phone before fleeing.
The man was left with "significant" head injuries and he is being treated in hospital.
The attackers are described as white men in their early twenties.

Investigating officer Sergeant Patrick Navin, based at Milton Keynes police station said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident, or anyone who has any information that might help with our investigation to please get in touch.
