A yellow weather warning has been issued for Buckinghamshire by the Met Office as snow could cover the county this weekend.
The warning was issued this afternoon [January 22] was forecasters are predicting that large parts of the country, excluding areas such as Newcastle, Lincoln and Hull, could be hit by 'snow and ice'.

In a brief tweet, Bucks Fire and MK said: "The Met Office has issued yellow snow and ice warnings for an area including Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, valid from 4pm today [January 22] until 10.30am tomorrow [January 23], and from 3am to 6pm on Sunday, January 24.
Last week, some parts of the county were hit by light snow, with Buckinghamshire not having a heavy snowstorm since January/February 2019.
