A man who allegedly broke free from a Bucks prison has been caught and charged.

Shane Hadderton, 32, of no fixed abode, was both arrested and charged on Friday January, 15 with a single count of escaping from lawful custody.
Hadderton appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on the same day (January 15), and was remanded in custody until his next hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court on February 12.

He is accused of absconding from HMP Spring Hill on December 12, 2020.
