An investigation has been launched after a woman was taken to hospital with an ankle injury following a head-on crash near Aylesbury.
At around 6pm yesterday (January 18) two vehicles, a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee and a black Ford Fiesta, were involved in a crash on the A41, Fleet Marston, near to Wayside Farm.

The driver of the Fiesta, a woman aged 42, suffered an ankle injury and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for treatment, where she remains.
The driver of the Jeep, a man aged 36, and two passengers aged 19 and 26, were uninjured, police said.
Investigating officer, PC Nigel Rosier of the Joint Roads Policing Unit based in Amersham, said: “The road was busy at the time of the incident and I would like to appeal for anyone who may have seen what happened to get in touch.

“Please check your dash-cam footage and if it has captured anything of the incident, we would ask you to share this with us.
“Also, if you saw either of the vehicles before the collision or think the vehicles may be captured on your dash-cam footage, it would be useful to hear from you.”
