Two people have been fined £200 each after they were seen driving out of Buckinghamshire into the Midlands.
In the afternoon of Tuesday, January 12, OPU Warwickshire spotted two people in a Toyota Yaris on the A46 Northbound near Leamington Spa.

The driver and passenger, who are friends and do not live together, had travelled from Bucks to view a second hand car which is currently up for sale in Coventry.
They were both reported for breaching Covid-19 lockdown rules.
On their Facebook page, OPU Warwickshire said: "This is not an essential journey."

This comes a day after two people from Aylesbury were fined a total of £1,064 collectively after they attended an illegal rave in Wales last year.
The rave, which took place over the August Bank Holiday Weekend, saw 3,000 to 4,000 people attend which breached Wales’ guidelines of not being in a group of more than 30 people.
