A new KFC restaurant could be coming to Amersham, in place of the former Lloyds TSB Bank on Sycamore Road.
A total of 40 new jobs could be created, with 20 in a full-time roles and 20 in part-time roles, should the application be given the go-ahead.

The Lloyds TSB branch was closed in June 2020.
If the plans are approved, both sit-in and takeaway diners would be served between 11am and 11pm, seven days a week
Currently there are nine KFC restaurants in Bucks, with two in High Wycombe, two in Aylesbury, one at both Beaconsfield and Newport Pagnell service stations and three in Milton Keynes.
One objection to the plans has been submitted, with a neighbour raising concerns about waste disposal, increased noise and smell, the 'balance of facilities' in Amersham, parking and the impact on their own business.
