Thames Valley Police has urged the people of Aylesbury to ‘check that all your windows and doors are locked in both your vehicles and houses’, after a man was charged with several crimes in the town.

On the evening of Thursday, January 7, TVP Aylesbury Vale arrested and charged a man with fraud, possession of cannabis, and vehicle interference.
This comes after the man allegedly was ‘trying car door handles’ within the area.
The man has been remanded in custody.

In a brief Facebook post that was published on Monday, January 11, TVP Aylesbury said: “These were opportunist offences through trying car door handles so please make sure you check that all your windows and doors are locked in both your vehicles and houses.”
