Two drivers were caught speeding at nearly 100mph in Milton Keynes.
On the evening of Friday, January 8, Thames Valley Police noticed the vehicles going at excessive speeds along the A5 within the town.
One of the cars that were clocked was going at speeds of 97mph, whilst a Range Rover which was caught by the police was seen doing 96mph.
The speed limit on the A5 is 70mph

In a brief tweet, Thames Valley Police Roads Policing said: “Both of these drivers have been reported for excess speed having travelled along the A5 Milton Keynes.
“A collision at these speeds would certainly not #protectthenhs #P5839 #SC9130 #TPBshift #notworththerisk.”
