November 20
- Dale McGinn, 31, of Priory Close, Aylesbury. Arson. On December 27, 2019, committed arson in Priory Crescent, Aylesbury, by setting fire to a plastic wheelie bin. Community order made – must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £175. Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that unlawful violence would be used against them in Aylesbury on December 27, 2019. Community order made.
November 23
- Thomas Chapman, 40, of Mitcham Walk, Aylesbury. Breaching a criminal behaviour order made by Buckinghamshire Magistrates’ Court on November 18, 2020, in Aylesbury town centre. Committed to prison for 10 weeks. Costs £128. Possession of a controlled drug of class A. On November 18 in Wendover Road in Aylesbury had a single wrap of diamorphine in their possession. Fined £120. Heroin forfeited and destroyed.
- Caitlin Winchcombe, 20, of Nalders Road, Chesham. Driving over the drug-drive limit in Cameron Road, Chesham, on June 16, 2020. Disqualified from driving for 15 months. Fined £200. Costs £119.
- Anton Simms, 29, of Chippendale Close, High Wycombe. Breaching a non-molestation order in High Wycombe on January 16, 2020. Fined £180. Costs £134.
- Jenny Deverell, 43, of Baring Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink-drive limit in Baring Road, High Wycombe, on October 4, 2020. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 21 months.

- Arif Hussain, 29, of Wendover Street, High Wycombe. Racially/religiously aggravated fear/provocation of violence by words or writing in High Wycombe on November 29, 2019. Community order made – must carry out 300 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Compensation £100. Costs £190. On October 29, 2019, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Court finds the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made. Compensation £100.
- Meheish Malik, 27, of Marlow Road, High Wycombe. Misusing a parking card for disabled people in High Street, High Wycombe, on October 11, 2019. Fined £128. Costs £586.
- Mariyan Aleksandrov, 29, of Upper Green Street, High Wycombe. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Little Marlow Road, Marlow, on May 18, 2019. The recorded speed was 36mph. Fined £60. Driving record endorsed with three points.
