A new independent bar and restaurant will open in High Wycombe this week.
Cinquieme will open at the former Frankie and Benny's restaurant in the Eden Shopping Centre from Thursday.
Close to the cinema and Hollywood Bowl, the venue has been transformed into an independent restaurant and bar that will offer a "contemporary menu focusing on European cuisine in a modern and vibrant setting".
The team behind Cinquieme have experience in some of the UK's most prestigious venues.
Head chef Frank Maaref has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the UK including the Michelin starred Belmond Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons and London’s Dorchester Hotel.
Restaurant manager Tony Thompson-Tonks has managed restaurant operations at the multi award-winning Hurley House Hotel while assistant manager Mark Narducci brings his experience working as manager and sommelier at venues such as Fish Works and Trader Vics Park Lane.
Tony said: "We are very excited to launch Cinquieme in High Wycombe.
"Cinquieme is a completely new independent restaurant which will bring the best in food and drink to the town.
"Our offering is high quality and affordable and we aim to provide our guests with a relaxed yet elegant dining experience in a vibrant and contemporary setting."
There are plans to run regular live entertainment including appearances from saxophonist Mike Taylor and leading Sinatra tribute act Paul Holgate.
The bar and restaurant will be open from 12pm to 11pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am until 11pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Cinquieme's website will be www.5eme.co.uk once launched.
