A mother and her three children who were killed in a fatal crash on the A40 near Oxford have been named.
Zoe Powell died alongside her two daughters, Phoebe, eight, and Amelia, four, and their six-year-old brother Simeon.

The 29-year-old mother, who lived in Chinnor with her family, wrote about the joys of motherhood on her blog The Mama Book.
Her husband Josh, 30, and their 18-month-old baby girl survived the crash and remain at the John Radcliffe Hospital in 'critical but stable condition'.

Emergency services were called at 9.50pm last night to reports of a collision involving a silver Subaru people carrier and a white 'heavy goods' vehicle.
The driver of the truck, a 56-year-old man, suffered minor injuries.
Oxford resident David Patchett, who phoned emergency services about the crash, revealed he was first on the scene.
Mr Patchett, who lives in a narrowboat nearby, said he is still 'shaken' by the horrific incident.
