UPDATE: Teen charged with Joshua Harling murder winks at his dad during court appearance
A 19-year-old man from Marlow Bottom has been charged with one count of murder.
Benjamin Eyles, of Monks Hollow, was also charged with one count of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, in relation to a murder investigation in Thame.

The charges are in connection to the death of 19-year-old Josh Harling, who died on July 22 in Chinnor Road, Thame, as well as a previous incident on July 18.
Eyles was re-arrested on September 29 and was charged on September 30.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today [September 30].
Additionally, Nathan Braim, 20, of Broadwaters Avenue, Thame, has previously been charged with one count of murder.

He has been remanded in custody to appear for trial at Oxford Crown Court on January 4, 2021.
And a 16-year-old boy from Oxfordshire, who was 15 at the time and previously arrested on suspicion of murder, remains on bail until October 22.
