Pupils and staff at a Hazlemere school have paid tribute to an "amazing, bubbly" student who died while on holiday.
Apryl Scorer, who was in Year 11 at Sir William Ramsay, tragically died on August 13 while on a family holiday in France.
Her teachers, friends and fellow pupils have paid tribute to her, saying she was "bubbly, intelligent and an excellent role model".
The 16-year-old reportedly wanted to be a counsellor, supporting people with mental health issues.
In the September newsletter for parents, head teacher Christine McLintock said: "Apryl was an amazing student, bubbly, highly respected by her staff and peers and a role model to younger students.
"Apryl was passionate about dance and would often support our younger students in their performances such as in our annual school production or at concerts and last Christmas, she was a great hit with our visitors at our Annual Pensioners Party.
"As part of my first assembly of the school year, with students and staff, we spent some time in silence reflecting on Apryl’s life and thinking about her family and friends who she has left behind."
Devastated family friends set up a fundraising page to help Apryl's family, which has raised more than £8,600 so far.
Suzanne Holloway, who organised the fundraiser, wrote: "I know everyone shares the absolute heartbreak at losing our beautiful Apryl so young.
"Apryl was an amazingly talented dancer and performer, who loved music and singing and as a little girl she loved to put on shows along with her big sister Daniella for their family and friends.
"Apryl had a caring and loving heart and she was deeply loved by everyone who had the honour of knowing her and being part of her tragically short life.
"Apryl was a truly beautiful girl both inside and out and always put others before herself. She will be hugely missed by everyone who knew her."
An inquest into the teenager's death has been opened by Buckinghamshire Coroner's Court, with a brief hearing set for December 3.
