It is used by non-residents so often that those living at Manor Park are often unable to park their own vehicles here.
But now a solution could be in sight as more than £13,000 is set to be allocated to work out how best to implement parking restrictions in this area for shoppers and commuters.
If the restrictions are approved, they would affect roads including Manor Road, Tindal Road, Ascott Road, Abbotts Road, Abbotts Close and Vale Road.

Transport for Buckinghamshire (TfB) is leading the work in collaboration with Manor Park Residents Association (MPRA) as they aim to get rid of the issue.
The funds will go towards designs for the new parking measures and consultation work.
According to MPRA, more than half of residents living at Manor Park are in favour of some form or parking restriction scheme.
