A plan to demolish a High Wycombe property and build six new flats on the site have been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council.
The proposal, if approved, would see the existing dwelling at 148 Kingsmead Road in High Wycombe demolished in order to build the six two-bedroom properties.

Included in the plans are seven new car parking spaces – up from three in the existing period.
Also include is a new bin storage site, cycle and locker storage on the lower ground floor and the formation of new access from Kingsmead Road.
