A Marlow florist is doing to her bit to help those in the town during the pandemic by organising her ‘Florist's Choice’ of flowers.
Joanne Caldwell Floral Designs in the town, revealed on the Facebook page Marlow Life on May 29 that due to the pandemic, her usual business of weddings and other events have either postponed or cancelled.

Instead, she has received orders by Marlovians who want to send flowers to their loved ones during this health crisis.
Speaking on Facebook, she said: “I just wanted to introduce myself as a Marlow based Florist.
“Lately, I have been making and delivering lots of floral cheer every weekend around Marlow and the surrounding areas - sending happy birthday, thank you, congratulations, missing you, thinking of you and happy anniversary messages for people who can’t see their families and friends in person during these strange times.

“My weekend doorstep deliveries have been very popular, and I hope to continue with it for a while so please do let me know if I can make and send something for you.
“Normally, I would be busy with weddings and events so this is keeping me busy doing what I love - creating bespoke flower arrangements like these.”
Many people have praised Joanne’s work with one Facebook user saying: “I can recommend.
"She [Joanne] did my wedding flowers eight years ago and they were gorgeous."

Another said: “Best florist in Marlow.

Joanne’s ‘Florist's Choice’ bunches start from £20 with weekend deliveries being available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
The florist also confirmed that any orders are free to the Marlow area but a delivery fee to the surrounding areas may apply.
