A man originally from High Wycombe who died after falling from a jet ski in Devon had only bought the water craft that day, his heartbroken girlfriend has said.
The 22-year-old, from High Wycombe, has been named locally as Billy James.
He was living in Torquay in Devon at the time having apparently moved there to start up his own business as an electrician.

He sadly died on the evening on May 26 after the RNLI pulled him from the water at around 9.40pm.
His partner said he was riding a jet ski that he and his friend had purchased together that morning.
Morgan Schween, 19, said Billy had gone out on the jet ski while his friend watched from the beach and they witnessed him fall off and not get back on.
Emergency services were called and efforts were made to try to revive him, but he was pronounced dead in hospital.
She added: "I'm absolutely heartbroken."
Speaking to DevonLive, Morgan said: "He was an amazing boy. He never liked being inside, always wanted to be outdoors.
"He was very loving and caring he tried to make everyone happy. I wish I could see him just one more time."
