Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing a man who has absconded from HM Prison Springhill in Buckinghamshire.
Ashley Green, aged 33, left the grounds of the prison between midnight and 1am on Sunday May 17.

Green is from Portsmouth and he is also believed to have connections in Bromley, Kent.
He is serving a sentence for grievous bodily harm.

Detective Constable Bruce Wilson, based at Aylesbury police station, said: “I am appealing to anybody who knows of Green’s whereabouts to please get in touch with police.
"If you see him, please do not approach him, but call 999 immediately.
“If you know of his whereabouts, but he is no longer in the area, please report this via 101, quoting reference number 43200144889.
