Ross Kemp was spotted filming in Downley yesterday evening.
The actor and investigative journalist was seen filming in Littleworth Road on Monday evening (May 4).
The former EastEnders star, who has gone on to receive international recognition as a journalist for his gripping documentaries filmed across the world, is believed to live nearby in Cookham.
It has not yet been confirmed what Ross was filming, however it is believed to be part of a BBC documentary looking at the way the community has come together during coronavirus lockdown.
According to a social media post by community campaigner Melanie Smith, she was approached by producers to talk about the Downley and Disraeli food bank and their Monday 'sticky bun run' - where buns are given out as a treat and quick welfare checks are carried out.
She said everyone was "so excited" to welcome Ross to the village, adding that his visit was a "much-needed injection of happiness".
