Members of staff at a Bucks care home were spoiled with food from a brand new business as a thank you for all their hard work during the current coronavirus pandemic.
An Oink London lorry arrived at the Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow on Thursday, April 30, as part of #ThankYouThursday, which aims to recognises unsung heroes and people who have worked tirelessly to help others.

On their Instagram page, Oink London said: “#ThankYouThursday has come around again and today (April 30) it was time to reach out to those working in Cliveden Manor Care Home!
“(Which I am also very fond of as my amazing grandma lives there).

“The staff there are working day in day out risking their lives to care for all the wonderful grandmas and grandpas who live there.

“Big thanks guys, hope you enjoyed your butties this morning (April 30)."
A spokesperson from the care home said: "On April 30, we were a #ThankYouThursday selection of their (Oink London’s) extremely yummy gourmet bacon butties as a treat for our staff.
“Hannah & Tommy of Oink London wanted to thank everyone for looking after our residents, including Hannah’s granddaughter Sheila.
“Such a lovely thought and yes thank you, we really enjoyed them.”
