Two empty shop units in Eden Shopping Centre look set to become a Côte Brasserie restaurant.
The former Monsoon and Accessorize shop units - at 24 and 25 Newland Meadow in the centre, next to Bill's - have been empty since the stores shut down on February 2.
But new plans to turn the two shop units into one restaurant have been given the go-ahead just last week.

Planning documents reveal that the changes will be made so it can become a Côte Brasserie restaurant.
Côte Brasserie has more than 90 restaurants in the UK and specialises in French-inspired food.
The closest Côte Brasserie restaurants are in Marlow, Amersham and Windsor.
The restaurant will be open from 9am to 11pm each day, including weekends.

The upstairs part of the building is also being completely separated from the new ground-floor restaurant under the plans, so a new entrance for the first floor level will also be created.
Wycombe planning officers agreed to the plans on April 21, but it has not yet been confirmed when work will start or the restaurant will be open because of the coronavirus outbreak.
