March 18

  • Leon Williams, 34, of Alford Road, High Wycombe. Failure to provide a specimen for analysis when in charge of a vehicle at High Wycombe police station on February 19, 2020. Fined £100. Costs £32. Driving record endorsed with 10 points. 
  • Charles Webber, 32, of Alexander Street, Chesham. Failed without reasonable cause to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court. Order varied. Costs £60. 

March 19 

  • Sam Goodell, 22, of North Road, Widmer End. Assaulting a person and causing them actual bodily harm in High Wycombe on May 4, 2019. Community order made – 200 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Compensation £500. Costs £170.

It is established in the UK that court cases should be heard in public.
