A proposal has been submitted to make nine new flats in a former office space in Princes Risborough.
The office is located on Park Street in Princes Risborough and is surrounded by residential properties.
The planning application highlights a desire to convert the existing offices into new residential units, of which six will be two-bedroom properties, and three will be one-bedroom.
A total of 28 car parking spaces exist at the site currently and are used by office workers. This will be reduced slightly if the proposal is given the go ahead.
In conclusion, planning officers wrote in the application: “The proposal is very spatial, independent and self-contained with the facilities required for the new residential development and designed to provide the positive approach with respect to the terms of Wycombe District permitted development.”
The proposal will now be examined by planning officers.
