Despite being closed, Marlow Museum will hope to still educate the town as the country continues to be in lockdown due to the coronavirus.
The Court Garden based museum will update their website every two weeks where they’ll focus on a certain piece of Marlovian history.
This week will focus on General Sir George Higginson’s Drum and in a fortnights time, the museum will turn their attention to the town map of 1830.

Chairman of Marlow Museum, Mike Hyde said: “Hopefully the crisis will be over before we run out of wonderful items to tell you about, then you can come and see for yourselves.
“Entry will remain free and we expect to return to openings Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons as soon as possible when allowed.

“If you have any questions about our local history why not use our contact email address – we’d love to hear from you particularly if you are self-isolating.”
