The Marlow Bookshop has confirmed that they will not to be able to carry out any orders following their recent closure.
The award-winning bookshop on Spittal Street shut on Monday, March 23, as the country enters an unspecific period of lockdown due to the coronavirus.
In their original statement on March 23, they revealed that they could carry out orders, but announced a day later they were unable too.

In a statement on Twitter they said: “Following the temporary closure of our shop on March 23 to help in the fight against the coronavirus, in the light of the announcement from the Prime Minister, we are also unable for the moment to fulfil email or telephone orders, and cannot for the moment institute any click-and-collect services.
“If you have placed any orders yesterday (March 23) or overnight (March 24), that we are not able to fulfil, we will arrange refunds as soon as we are able.

“We are grateful for your support in this difficult time, and we hope in turn we can before too long find ways to provide you once again with the comfort, distraction and inspiration that books will always provide.”
