Investigating officer, PC Terry Quick, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “Wickes has wasted countless hours of emergency service time through false reporting and has displayed violent behaviour to police and social services trying to help him.
“PC Glynn McCarthy and I have worked really hard to achieve this court outcome. Wickes is a burden to the community through anti-social behaviour and wasting emergency services time.
“We will not tolerate violence, anti-social behaviour or having our time wasted through false reporting.”
