Police in Wycombe have thanked residents for staying away from the town centre amid a coronavirus lockdown.
Officers patrolling High Wycombe town centre, including the Eden Shopping Centre, were pleased to see near empty streets this afternoon, despite the sunshine.
It comes after Prime Minister Boris Johnson ordered people to stay at home unless absolutely necessary in a bid to fight the coronavirus.
Writing on social media, Thames Valley Police Wycombe said: "Even though the weather is beautiful today and it's tempting to go out, we'd like to thank the Wycombe community for staying away from the town centre, helping us to help you all stay safe and well! Look after yourselves."
