Thursday, March 5, is a special day for children across Bucks.
It's World Book Day - which means youngsters have picked out their dressing up costumes and went off to school as their favourite character.
The annual celebration of reading and writing sees children of all ages going to school dressed up as witches, wizards, pirates and princesses and other literary characters.
How to send us your World Book Day pictures
We asked Bucks Free Press readers to send in photos of their best costumes - and parents did not disappoint.
This is a selection of some of the photos that have been sent into us already today - keep sending them in and we'll add them to the gallery!
