Motorists in Marlow are ignoring the signs to turn off their cars whilst in traffic.
A video shot by the Bucks Free Press shows several drivers along the Foxes Piece road idling their vehicles next to an Air Quality Management Area sign.

The signs were put across the town back in October to encourage drivers to turn off their cars whilst stuck in traffic, to reduce the amount of emissions that are being pumped into the air.
This comes after Marlow was named an air quality management area in August, with the town having high levels of nitrogen dioxide which has been above the legal limit for several years.

The air pollution levels of the town were confirmed one month after Marlow Town Council launched the #SustainableMarlow initiative, which is to try and make Marlow one of the most environmentally friendly places in the south of England.
Chair of the Environmental Advisory Group and Leader of Marlow Town Council, Jocelyn Towns said: "The town council encourages everyone to get on board with this initiative to help reduce emissions including by not idling, and switching off your engine when stuck in traffic.
"It is so important for the town and why these Air Quality Management Area signs have been put up.
"It is so important that we all do what we can to improve the air quality levels and this is a simple task to switch off idling engines. We already have a prominent street banner encouraging eco-driving, which will be re-instated in Spittal Street soon.
"It is a very worthwhile thing to do and very easy to make a difference."
