The Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Gerrards Cross has applied for an extension to create an additional 41 guest bedrooms.
If approved it will be a basement extension to the rear of the building, with associated changes to the existing rear service access road.
The rooms will be landscaped over with a lightwell on top of the hall.
The council has until April 27 to make a decision on the application.
