The Royal Oak pub in Marlow has raised money for the Firefighter’s Charity.
The Frieth Road venue managed to raise a grand total of £538.09 following their Christmas Carol service on December 22 last year which was held in their teepee.

The pub, which is currently out of action after it was badly damaged in a fire in September last year, gave the cheque to the Marlow Fire Station on January 28, who then gave it to the charity.
Following the fire, which was allegedly caused by a tumble dryer, those who run the pub are hopeful that they will reopen in the spring of this year.

More than 40 firefighters across the South East extinguished the blaze on September 15 last year.
