High Wycombe has been named one of the best locations in the UK for remote workers, according to a new study.
The data from Pooky reveals the best and worst towns and cities for creative professionals based on salaries, accessibility and affordability.
Findings show that High Wycombe is one of the most affordable places for freelancers to rent office space with local workers spending £6.80 per day for one person.
Slough and Oxford ranked more expensive for remote workers.

The report also shows that High Wycombe is far more affordable than some of the UK’s most expensive towns, paying 48 per cent less than London workers and 69 per cent less than those living in Slough.
Freelancers working 30 miles away in Slough may want to consider relocating to High Wycombe as on average professionals, spend an eye-watering £783 extra on office space per person each year.
The new creative class tool by Pooky also reveals that although High Wycombe may be one of the most affordable places locally, this differs UK wide where the city ranks in the top 10 most expensive places across the UK.

The city is also great for those wanting to work outside of the office.
There are 45.7 coffee shops per capita versus a mere 10.1 in St Albans and 18.9 in Guildford.
High Wycombe also offers a higher salary for some of the most in demand creative jobs in the UK compared to some of its neighbouring towns and cities.

Marketers and graphic designers just 30 miles away in Hemel Hempstead may want to consider the move to High Wycombe as they can earn between £4,191 and £4,971 more on average each year.
