A respected Wycombe-based law firm have recently won an award at an event hosted in London.
Blaser Mills, who are located on the Oxford Road, came out on top in the ‘Best in Buckinghamshire Conveyancer’ category at this year’s Estate Agents of the Year Customer Service Awards.
At the event, which was held at Grosvenor House in the capital, the ceremony determines the best conveyancing firms in the UK based on the feedback the clients have given, where a record of 45,000 customers voted for each category this year.
Alexandra Kirk, head of residential property at Blaser Mills said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised at this year’s ESTAS for the ‘Best in Buckinghamshire’ category.
“It means so much to us as we know it’s our customers who have judged our performance and have taken the time to vote for us.”
“We take our levels of customer service very seriously and have always retained our reputation for high-quality legal advice from our expert team.
“It’s a pleasure that the ESTAS have recognised this and Blaser Mills Law will continue to deliver what we promise to clients throughout the UK and internationally.”
The event took place on Friday, October 18 and was hosted by television presenter Phil Spencer.
He is best known for presenting the TV show, ‘Location, Location, Location’, on Channel 4.
Mr Spencer, who has hosted the awards since its inception back in 2003 said: “The ESTAS encapsulates what your typical conveyancer is trying to do which is provide a simple and transparent service for their clients.
“There is a real opportunity for businesses right now to show the general public that service does really matter, traditional conveyancers, do an incredible job for their clients in a process that is littered with potential pitfalls and it’s time to promote that fact.”
